Personal Trainer Melbourne
Private One-to-One sessions or class bookings are available in most Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Each session is taught by Peter who will always show professionalism to the individual. He will take into account any recent or long-standing injuries to encourage working within the limits of your own body.
What to expect during your session:
Peter has his own training methods and use he’s own equipment during each workout. He has the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your health, fitness, rehabilitational and nutritional goals.
The sessions could be and not limited to a mixture of HIIT training, Functional Bodyweight Exercises, Shuttle Runs and Sprints, TRX Training, Stretching Exercises, Balance Training and Nutritional advice.
Each session will be modified slightly to meet your individual needs and fitness levels by increasing or decreasing the intensity to match your level of fitness and rehabilitation. Peter will always start with a brief discussion at the start of each session to chat about ways you can progress from the previous session as well as bring in topics such as injury prevention and nutrition to help you get the most out of the session. He will provide you with a workout program which you would be required to follow to get the best possible results, this will be discussed usually at the end of the session.

Attention: All home sessions last for one hour. Purchased sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Each additional client when training in small groups, must pay an extra $20 per person per session to be paid directly to the Peter.
If you would like to train in a studio or gym there will be extra costs and sometimes a joining fee. Peter offers 30-minute sessions within Goodlife Camberwell, all other session are one hour long. Please get in touch for further information.
Peter has worked within the fitness industry since 1996 first gaining a Fitness Instruction Certificate before moving to London in 1998 where he successfully set up and ran PS Personal Training and Fit Fast Trainers which he still operates with his business partner Pilar. While living in London, he developed more advanced qualifications specialising in Cardiovascular and Stroke Rehabilitation. He has featured in newspapers, magazines and has trained everyone from students, celebrities and even a knight. Over the many years he has been working in the fitness industry, he has built up an extensive knowledge of the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the human body. Working with clients who have suffered neurological injuries has taught him that the human brain is more powerful than we think.
